Pet Policy

17 Central is a pet friendly community!

We welcome dogs and cats, up to 2 pets per apartment. Our pet deposit, due at move-in, is $500 for the first pet and $250 for a second.

Some breed restrictions apply. Please contact the Leasing Center for our complete pet policy.
